Chris Brown’s daughter Lovely’s mother, Diamond, has asked a court to increase the singer’s financial support, seeking about $45,000 monthly to cover expenses for herself and their child.
According to court documents, Diamond is asking Chris to cover about $23,000 in rent and household expenses, alongside roughly $20,000 for Lovely’s education, medical care and extracurricular activities.
Her listed monthly expenses include $3,500 for childcare, $2,000 for college savings, $1,500 for art and sports lessons, $500 for clothing, $350 for haircuts and $2,000 for gifts.
Diamond said Chris currently pays for her four-bedroom, three-bathroom home but wants to move into a property that would cost about $15,000 in monthly rent.
She also disclosed that the singer voluntarily gives her $7,000 each month as spending money but argued that the amount is insufficient to meet their expenses.
Diamond acknowledged that Chris previously bought her a Tesla and continues to pay her utility bills.
In addition to the financial request, she has asked for primary custody of Lovely and accused Chris of harassing her and her new boyfriend. The singer has denied the allegations.
